Job summary

Sotalent in Georgia seeks a senior operations leader for a home care facility. You will oversee hiring, development, and performance management for the care center team, while guiding financial health and budgetary control.

You will supervise clinical leadership to meet state and federal quality standards, represent the organization locally, and drive marketing initiatives to expand patient reach. A valid driver’s license and two years of home care plus supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of home care experience with one year of supervisory experience.
• Alternatively, two years of high level management experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare.
• Associate degree in business or clinical field required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor degree in a healthcare or business related field.
• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse or equivalent healthcare professional in the state of Georgia.
• Specific prior experience working within home health operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from 90,880 to 136,320 depending on experience and education.
