Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail, business management, hospitality, or related field.
• 5–7 years of retail management experience and 7+ years of employee leadership.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume retail, hospitality, or museum environments.
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead visitor experience excellence across all customer touchpoints.
• Oversee admission, retail, e-commerce, food service, events, and parking operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive attendance and revenue growth.
• Prepare quarterly operational reports for CEO and Board.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and oversee POS systems.
