Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Behavioral Health industry preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligned with the company mission and core values.
• Develop, communicate, and implement growth strategies and processes with leadership.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team.
• Serve as lead client-care officer through direct contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper training for team members and adherence to documentation timelines.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies.
• Oversee financial oversight and budgeting with senior leadership.
• Maintain safety for employees and clients; conduct site tours as needed.
• Communicate with referral sources and families; collaborate on quality projects.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; support crisis intervention where needed.
