Triple Crown Corporation, a long-standing design-build company in the Greater Harrisburg area, seeks a Director of Operations to lead companywide operational strategy in support of its growth initiatives. This role partners with the Executive Team to drive the Strategic Growth Plan, improve efficiency, oversee risk, and elevate the customer experience across construction and property management divisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior operations leadership roles.
• Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Team to develop, communicate, and execute company strategy and operational initiatives.
• Provide overall leadership and oversight of company operations, ensuring policies and practices align with goals and values.
• Drive execution of the Strategic Growth Plan, ensuring accountability across departments.
• Evaluate and improve business processes and systems to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor operational and financial performance, review budgets and KPIs, and make informed adjustments.
• Lead and develop department leaders, conducting regular reviews and providing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with General Managers to address operational challenges across divisions.
• Oversee risk management, safety, and compliance initiatives.
