Job summary

Sewer Lines Only, a Denver-area provider of underground utility repair, installation and related plumbing services, seeks a General Manager/Director of Operations to scale our fast-growing business. You will oversee field operations, order fulfillment, and customer service with a focus on profitability and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading teams in B2C & B2B service organizations.
• Proven experience managing fast-paced service operations and growing a business.
• Knowledge of operations within plumbing/home services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Plan and execute initiatives to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Hire, train, and manage operations staff across sites.
• Monitor processes, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with Sales to grow client relationships and smooth handoff from Sales to Operations.
