Job summary

Metric Geo in Dallas seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to lead and grow a forensic practice, blending hands-on technical work with leadership. You will oversee investigations into structural failures and building performance, review findings, and support expert and dispute work as needed.

You’ll manage project delivery, mentor engineers, build client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities, with equity-style incentives and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active PE license.
• Degree in Civil/Structural or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years in forensic or structural engineering, failure analysis, or building investigations.
• Proven team leadership, business development, and financial oversight.
