Next Step is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Director of Operations & Finance to oversee the financial health, operational infrastructure, human resources administration, and organizational systems that support our mission. This senior leadership role works closely with the Executive Director, leadership team, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, staff, auditors, vendors, and external partners.
Salary: $92,000–$98,000 based on experience. Location: Hybrid position based at 99 Bishop Allen Drive in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings and weekends; compensatory time provided when appropriate.
