Qualifications

10+ years in operations with multiple departments.
8+ years manufacturing, with 5+ years leading plant teams.
Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or building products manufacturing.
Hands-on Lean and continuous improvement.
Onsite presence in Collegeville, PA.

Responsibilities

Lead a strong safety culture and OSHA compliance.
Maximize capacity, labor, fabrication, welding, and powder coating to meet lead times, especially in peak seasons.
Drive the Quality Team to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints through root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering to resolve product issues quickly.
Develop and manage the Operations Annual Operating Plan and budget.
Partner with Purchasing to maintain inventory levels of raw materials.
Work with President, Finance and Commercial teams on forecasts, priorities, and commitments.
