The Drive-Thru Director is responsible for:

• The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru
• Coaching the behaviors of all Shift Leaders, Pacesetters and Team Members who work in the Drive-Thru. Those behaviors include:
  • Proper bagging to ensure high-quality food
  • Reinforcing the Core Four
  • Create Eye Contact
  • Share a Smile
  • Speak with an Enthusiastic tone
  • Stay Connected to Make It Personal
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
  • Cash management best practices
• Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence.
• Delivering weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Drive-Thru Team Members
• Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual Thematic Goal of the organization
