Responsibilities

• Ensure the speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru.
• Coach Shift Leaders and Team Members in proper behaviors and food safety.
• Implement innovations for Operational Excellence.
• Deliver weekly Drive-Thru performance reports.
• Evaluate and provide accountability for Drive-Thru team.
• Align practices with organizational vision and goals.
• Communicate Drive-Thru goals to Team Members.
• Create a culture of innovation through leadership.

Job description

Responsibilities

• The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru.
• Coaching the behaviors of all Shift Leaders, Pacesetters and Team Members who work in the Drive-Thru. Their behaviors include:

• Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence.
• Delivering weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team.
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Drive-Thru team members.
• Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual Thematic Goal of the organization.
• Work a minimum of forty hours per week in the restaurant.
• Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all Drive-Thru related goals and success factors to Team Members.
• Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation.
• Effectively coach and give direction.
• Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Drive-Thru team.
