Job summary

EON, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations in Marshall, MN to manage home and community based services operations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and lead teams with a participatory leadership style. The role emphasizes empowerment, risk management, and high-quality care.

Schedule is 8:00–17:00, with up to 25% travel and occasional overnight stays; the office location is in Marshall. Benefits include ESOP, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other employee programs;

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and meet qualifiers to be insured by the company’s vehicle insurer.
• Must have a safe and operational vehicle for business purposes.
• Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.
• Minimum of qualifications to be a Designated Manager: a) Bachelor of Science in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of experience; b) Associate's Degree or Diploma in a related field and 2 years (4,160 hours) of experience; c) Diploma in a related field and three years (6,240 hours) of experience providing direct care services; d) 50 hours of education and training related to human services and four years (8,320 hours) of experience under supervision.

Schedule: Usual hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The director’s schedule must be flexible to accommodate various personnel and organizational needs. Semi-regular travel (up to 25%) and overnight stays required. Must be present at the New Ulm office 2-3 days/week (on average).

· Must also meet the qualification of a Designated Manager which includes any of the following:

- Bachelor of Science degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of experience

- Associates Degree or Diploma in a field related to human services, education or health from an accredited post-secondary institution and 2 years (4,160 hours) of experience.

- A Diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three (3) years (6,240 hours) of experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children; or

- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and f our (4) years (8,320 hours) of experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in a. b. or c., and
