Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, transportation, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or related operations

Preferred Experience
  • Leadership experience within a high-volume distribution environment
  • Experience developing and implementing standardized operating procedures across multiple facilities
  • Experience with warehouse management, routing, telematics, fleet, labor management, or business intelligence systems

  • Experience planning fleet replacements, facility improvements, and warehouse technology initiatives

Who You Are

You are a hands-on operations leader who understands that strong processes only work when strong leaders are accountable for executing them. You set clear expectations, measure performance, address problems directly, and give your managers the tools and support they need to lead their teams successfully.

You are comfortable working with both people and numbers. You can walk through a warehouse and recognize an inefficient process, review transportation metrics and identify a problem, analyze a budget variance, coach a manager through a performance issue, and then clearly communicate your recommendations to senior leadership.

You also think beyond individual locations. You understand how staffing, inventory, warehouse capacity, transportation, fleet, technology, and customer expectations affect one another and make decisions based on what is best for the overall organization.

Most importantly, you bring accountability, sound judgment, urgency, and consistency to the operation. You do not simply identify problems. You determine why they are happening, establish a solution, assign accountability, and follow through to ensure the improvement lasts.
