Job summary

Buyidahorealestate is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the production side of the firm. The role oversees five departments—Events, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Estate Administration, and Red Wagon Club—and is responsible for ensuring client matters move from engagement to completion on time and to a high standard.

You will sit on the Leadership Team and collaborate with attorneys to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee five departments: Events, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Estate Administration, and Red Wagon Club.
• Ensure client matters progress from engagement to completion on time with high quality.
• Partner with Integrator, leadership, and attorneys to build scalable systems and workflows.
• Lead operations strategy while legal decisions remain with attorneys.
