Job summary

Buyidahorealestate is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the production side of the firm. The role oversees five departments—Events, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Estate Administration, and Red Wagon Club—and is responsible for ensuring client matters move from engagement to completion on time and to a high standard.

You will sit on the Leadership Team and collaborate with attorneys to optimize workflows.

The Role:

We are hiring a Director of Operations to lead the production side of our firm. You will be accountable for the operations of five departments: Events, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Estate Administration, and Red Wagon Club. Your job is to make sure every client matter moves from engagement to completion on time, at a high standard of quality, with an experience that leads to a long-term relationship with the firm and the Red Wagon Club.

You will report to the Integrator, sit on the Leadership Team, and work closely with our attorneys and department heads to build the systems, workflows, and capacity that support the firm’s growth. This role manages operations, not legal work. Legal decisions and technical legal quality are owned by our attorneys and our Legal Director.
