The Director of (Self Determination) Operations oversees management of all operational units to provide exceptional fiscal intermediary services to those receiving services through self-direction.

Responsibilities And Duties
  • Maintain operational standards
  • Formulate, implement, and communicate operational policies and procedures
  • Plan, execute, and implement strategic objectives aligned with the company's overall strategic plan
  • Coordinate activities across operational units; evaluate plans and recommend improvements
  • Develop leadership and management skills within team members
  • Approve performance appraisals and wage increases
  • Develop metrics to measure operational performance
  • Participate in developing new services for acquired contracts
  • Lead continuous improvement projects in customer service, payroll, and processing
  • Monitor workloads and reassign tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery
  • Take corrective actions promptly and in accordance with policies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies
  • Uphold the company's mission and values
  • Other duties as assigned
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human services, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of supervision, business management, and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in managing complex projects, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage time and work under pressure
  • Ability to build positive relationships with diverse groups

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet use
Work Environment
  • Remote work from home, with travel within the state required
