Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations and Growth, based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. The Director of Operations and Growth will oversee the daily operational functions, oversee the team of caregivers, and develop strategies for organizational growth. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring team members, solving operational challenges, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service, and developing relationships and partnerships within the community.
