Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as trusted advisor to senior leadership and provides input on the vision and charge.
• Delivers leadership and strategic direction for operations related to academic programs and student services.
• Establishes priorities, projects and processes to achieve goals aligned with the university's strategic plan.
• Ensures accreditation maintenance for department programs.
• Partners with university leadership on programming to enhance student, faculty and staff experience.
• Directs multiple responsibilities to enable leaders to respond to changing priorities.
• Writes reports and correspondence on behalf of the University.
• Provides program management support to research projects including budgets and reporting.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment on significant matters.
• Contributes to policy development and strategic outcomes for units and the university.
