A leading company dedicated to digital public services seeks a Director of Operations to oversee operational and financial strategies. In this pivotal role, you will lead a small team, ensuring effective processes and compliance while supporting budget management. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead a small but mighty team. This role is pivotal in setting the vision and driving the strategy for Operations and Finance, maintaining Bloom’s operational health and strategy, supporting our project teams in delivering impactful work thatmakes government services more accessible and effective.
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage one person, partner with our People Ops team, and work closely with Directors, Engagement Managers, and contractors. This is a key leadership role, responsible for designing and improving our standard operating procedures, overseeing essential business functions, and ensuring we have the systems and tools in place to support our current team, with an eye for future needs.

Salary: $175,000 / year USD depending on competency level.
