The Role

Archive is seeking a dynamic, experienced, Director of Operations to translate big-picture strategy into everyday momentum—owning the processes, data, and people that keep the business humming. You’ll steer cross-functional teams toward ambitious growth goals, tighten operational spend without sacrificing quality, and act as the connective tissue between the C-suite and the front lines.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan, aligning operational activities with long-term goals and objectives.
  • Manage operational budgets, including resource allocation, and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies and procedures to maintain a safe and high-quality patient care environment;
  • Oversee risk management activities and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
  • Manage projects across a variety of business functions such as clinic operations, internal communications, process development, branding and Marketing.
  • Analyze operational processes / performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
  • Serve as a liaison with the CEO to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Identify emerging areas of potential misalignment, miscommunication, or underperformance that require CEO attention.
  • Support corporate strategy and partnership development efforts, as needed.
  • Manage legal functions collaborating with external attorneys.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise information that facilitates decision- making.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with employee onsite, near-site, shared, mobile and virtual health and wellness clinics
  • Proven track record scaling processes and headcount in a fast-growth or multi-site environment (e.g., SaaS scale-up, multi-clinic healthcare group).
  • Hands-on ownership of departmental budgets and demonstrated success hitting margin targets.
  • 5-8 years in an operational leadership position.
  • Able to motivate, delegate, and guide teams.
  • Excellent communicator—both verbal and written—with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to write with clarity, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Proactive and flexible, excited to learn new systems and jump into evolving needs
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner - company policies, processes, and methodologies.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and juggles multiple priorities with ease.
  • Professional and polished, able to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality in all tasks and interactions.
