Job summary

Alchem Partners seeks an experienced Operations Director to oversee five sites in a multi-plant role across Ohio, Virginia and Kansas, driving growth, EH&S excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

You will lead P&L management, site strategy, and cross-functional partnerships, developing leaders and shaping a sustainability-driven, world-class operation with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ progressive leadership in manufacturing operations
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• P&L, capex, and financial performance management experience
• EH&S, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement expertise
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as required

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to take on a pivotal leadership role with direct responsibility for 5 sites within one of their business units. What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years’ progressive leadership in manufacturing operations – ideally from a similar process environment
• Strong track record of P&L, capex, and financial performance management.
• Proven expertise in EH&S, Lean, Six Sigma, andcontinuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required
