Job summary

Nbutexas in Newark, NJ seeks a Director of Operations to lead a growing restaurant group and elevate guest experiences across locations. You will build a welcoming culture, drive profitability, and guide team development while ensuring excellent service and operating standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years at director level supervising 20+ sites, holds a Serv Safe certification, and brings proven budgeting and P&L expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Director or higher role managing 20+ locations; Serv Safe certified.
• Strong experience with budgeting and profit & loss management.
