Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Operations to support production, shipment, qualification and sustaining of MRAM products. This role will apply test, product engineering and supply chain management skill set and sound engineering practices to qualify and support product pre-production and production activities.

Reports To:

VP of Operations

Location: Fremont, CA (on-site only)

Responsibilities

• Manage product engineering team for product qualification, product conformance to spec, yield analysis and yield enhancement.
• Manage conformance to ISO9001 procedures.
• Manage execution of quarterly product build and ship plan and inventory operations.
• Manage offshore packaging vendors for product packaging and new package development. Track package conformance and reliability.
• Manage offshore test vendors. Tracking on time delivery, yield analysis and yield enhancement.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with IC qualification standards and ISO9001 concepts and procedures.
• Experience with automatic prober and ATE such as Ma.
• Experience with data analysis pack.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as senior product engineer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• A MS in Electrical Engineering, or a related field with ten years of professional experience as senior operations engineer.
