The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management, including director-level experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in process improvement within fast-paced hospitality and multi-concept

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management, including 2+ years in a director-level role.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L oversight.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
