We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Operations to join our growing team in Draper, Utah. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position for a strategic and hands‑on operations professional who can oversee day‑to‑day business functions, improve processes, develop teams, and help drive overall company growth.

$100,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company's day‑to‑day operations and ensure business functions run efficiently.
Lead and manage department managers, supervisors, and team members.
Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures.
Establish performance standards, KPIs, and accountability measures.
Monitor company and team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
