Job summary

Beacon RiNo in Denver's RiNo Art District seeks a passionate General Manager to lead high-volume nightclub operations and a dynamic team. You will drive event nights, uphold guest experience standards, and foster a healthy culture through strong leadership and clear accountability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of GM experience in nightlife, a knack for events, and a proven ability to bridge operations with community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience leading high-volume nightclubs or bars.
• Experience curating or creating events is a huge plus.
• Leader who builds trust, sets standards and fosters accountability.

Beacon is independently owned and owner-operated.

We own two distinct venues, Beacon and Mockingbird, both located in the heart of RiNo, Denver’s premier nightlife destination. RiNo is a vibrant, fast-paced neighborhood that draws massive crowds and sets the standard for the city's nightlife.

Beacon is a high-energy immersive art and dance bar located in Denver’s RiNo Art District since 2021 and a key destination for nightlife enthusiasts, attracting thousands of guests every week. Team members are part of a dynamic operation that blends music, art, and hospitality for guests seeking a memorable experience.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience running high-volume nightclubs, or high-volume bars.
• Curating / creating events is a HUGE plus
• A leader who builds trust, sets the standard, and fosters accountability across the team.
• Someone who seamlessly bridges the gap between tight operations, community connection, business execution and is a creative thinker.

Compensation range 70K - 90K including health insurance
