Georgia Hospice Care in Georgia is seeking a Director of Operations (RN) to lead and coordinate professional and supportive services for hospice patients, ensuring safe, cost-effective care.

As the driver of the care team, you will supervise operations, enhance patient experiences, and foster an inclusive, growth-oriented work culture with strong leadership support.

Candidates should be an experienced RN with healthcare management background and a commitment to compassionate hospice care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare management and supervisory experience as an RN; hospice environment preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 25 lbs.

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse


• Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). 2 years of hospice experience required.


• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
