Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc. seeks a Director to lead the daily operations of an early learning facility. You will supervise teaching staff, manage the center’s budget, and ensure strict compliance with licensing and safety regulations.

You will also develop educational curricula and act as the primary liaison between parents, children, and the community, promoting strong family engagement and high-quality early care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred; related coursework acceptable with an Associate's degree.
• 1–3 years of programmatic or teaching experience plus supervisory/administrative experience in licensed childcare.
• Background checks, CPR/First Aid certification, and state-mandated training hours required.

Requirements

• Licensing Requirements:Directors must usually pass background checks, obtain CPR/First Aid certification, and meet specific continuing education or state-mandated training hours.
