Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing ops, operational excellence, or transformation.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to deliver quantifiable improvements in cost, productivity, or working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and value-creation initiatives across Lyons Magnus.
• Develop and manage a measurable transformation roadmap with clear milestones and benefits.
• Drive cross-functional process improvement with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve labor productivity, OEE, throughput, yield, and inventory.
• Build and sustain operating metrics, dashboards, and benefit realization tracking.
• Lead M&A integration planning and synergies realization; implement governance for projects.
