Job summary

Lyons Magnus is seeking a Director of Business Transformation in Walton, KY to lead enterprise-wide operational improvements, continuous improvement, and value-creation initiatives. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to diagnose, redesign, and implement initiatives that deliver measurable financial and operational results. This hands-on role spans plant floor to executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations or transformation.
• At least 5 years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Proven track record delivering cost, productivity, labor, yield, throughput, OEE, inventory, or working capital gains.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and continuous improvement initiatives across Lyons Magnus manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and other business operations.
• Conduct hands-on assessments of manufacturing and business processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, capacity constraints, process variation, and other sources of operational inefficiency.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root-cause analysis, value-stream mapping, standard work, and other continuous improvement methodologies to improve business performance.
• Develop fact-based business cases that translate operational opportunities into financial value.
• Establish operating metrics and management routines to ensure improvements are sustained after implementation.
