Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington (CCSWW) seeks a Director of Operational Support to lead contract review, risk management, and operational integrity across agency programs in the NW region. You will oversee the operations team, coordinate with finance and program leads, and drive policy compliance and process improvements.

The role emphasizes project management, cross-functional leadership, and strong attention to risk mitigation while supporting CCSWW’s mission and service

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: MA in Business Administration, Public Administration, MSW or related discipline OR 5+ years equivalent work experience and/or training.
• Experienced administrator with significant program development and implementation skills, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, innovative, individual with high ethical standards.
• Demonstrated strong financial and organizational skills with exposure to non-profit accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• An extremely well organized, detail oriented, self-directed individual who can relate to people at all levels and demonstrates diversity awareness.
• Strong facilitation and team-building skills.
• Ability to counsel others to resolve disputes and mediates conflict.
• Supports and upholds the mission and values of CCS and Housing Services.
• Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Contract Review process for NW Programs, including initiating program reviews and coordinating approvals.
• Tracks program and finance approvals and communicates between CCS and contractors until contracts are executed.
• Follows policy in coordination of contracts and procurement; ensures federally funded contracts compliance.
• Requests COIs, sets up auto-renewal, and manages coverage changes.
• Performs SAM.gov debarment and exclusion verification for appropriate agreements.
• Maintains NW local contract SharePoint site and collaborates with Contracts and Risk Manager.
• Manages Risk Partner database for NW properties and vehicles to ensure insurance coverage.
• Attends planning/design meetings and provides leadership and input for NW needs.
• Assists in employee training as database elements go live; reviews invoices as requested by Regional Finance Director.
