Suncoast Behavioral Health Center seeks a Director of Dietary/Food Services to lead nutrition operations for patients and staff. You will develop and enforce policies, ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant dietary services, and supervise the dietary team in a hospital setting.

The role emphasizes menu planning, therapeutic diets, inventory management, and collaboration with clinical staff to support patient care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or related field required.
• 5-8 years’ experience in food service; healthcare food service preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Good organizational skills; able to inventory, write recipes and supervise staff.
• Physical ability to stand, lift light materials and operate kitchen equipment.
