Job summary
Avon Health Center in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing department and help us continue providing the exceptional care our residents deserve. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week salaried exempt position with on-call responsibilities and an annual salary of $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications
- Current unencumbered RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Long-term care, geriatric and/or rehabilitative nursing experience.
- Minimum of one year of nursing administration or leadership experience.
- BSN is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring the nursing team.
- Overseeing clinical care and nursing operations.
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing and nursing coverage.
- Monitoring clinical outcomes and quality measures.
