This reputable senior living company is seeking a Director of Nursing. Our client has over 30 years of experience in senior living with multiple communities across the United States. They are seeking a Director of Nursing with experience in senior living and memory care to lead the team at their facility in Omaha, Nebraska.

Director Of Nursing Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and medication management.
• Serve as the liaison with third-party providers.
• Support families in understanding dementia progression and changes in condition.
• Ensure the completion of all care plans and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain compliance with state and company standards.
• Foster a positive work culture that prioritizes resident well-being and staff retention.

Director Of Nursing Requirements

• 3-5+ years of leadership and management experience in senior living, long-term care, and/or memory care and/or Assisted Living.
• RN license strongly preferred OR LPN with extensive leadership experience.
• Proven ability to train and mentor staff.
• Expertise in physical and cognitive assessments, care planning, and compliance.
• Passion for working with the memory care population.
• Ability to work 45-65 hour work week depending upon operational demands.
