What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Director of Nursing | DON | RN, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians' orders and residents' needs. You will oversee Nursing Services 24/7 and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic personality
• Current RN license in the practicing state
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred)
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required
• At least two years in a supervisory nursing role
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills
