Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Travel Director of Nursing (DON, RN) to lead Nursing Services across our centers. You will oversee 24-hour nursing operations, ensure quality of care, and assume center responsibilities in the Administrator's absence.

Eligible candidates hold an active RN license in the practicing state, have a DON background (two years), and prefer Associate or Bachelor’s degrees from an accredited nursing program. LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state where practicing.
• Two years of experience in a DON role.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents per physician orders.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality of care.
• In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.
