Americare Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team in our skilled nursing community. You will oversee nursing services, provide clinical supervision, and set direction to ensure resident-centered care aligned with Americare’s high standards.

You will collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams on assessments, care planning, medication management, and staff development, fostering a safe, compliant, home-like environment that supports residents

Formación

• RN license required.
• Experience leading nursing teams in skilled nursing, senior living, or long‑term care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the clinical supervision and administration of all nursing services.
• Develop and revise nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff across RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and care teams.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure orientation and ongoing staff development.
• Oversee resident assessments and ensure accurate, timely, compliant documentation.
• Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Manage medication systems to meet regulatory requirements and resident needs.
• Support quality assurance and maintain a safe, home-like environment.
