Qualifications

• Graduate nursing program completion and RN licensure in Michigan.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Excellent communication and commitment to service.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team and ensure 24-hour quality care.
• Oversee nursing department operations across care levels.
• Develop and update policies for licensed areas.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care professionals to ensure exceptional care.
• Engage with residents and families to address needs and exceed expectations.
• Ensure safety, equipment, and supply management for the unit.
• Manage nursing department budget and resources.
• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
