Highland Park Care Center in Alliance, Nebraska, seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to provide clinical leadership for the nursing services department. Lead staffing, ensure safe, resident-focused care, and drive quality and compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all nursing services within the community.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
