Aspire Senior Living in Lincoln, NE is seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. This role focuses on governance, policy development, and collaboration with other departments to deliver a warm, resident-centered experience.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, with leadership experience, and be licensed as an RN (Missouri license noted in posting).

Qualifications

Director of Nursing (RN) Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Oversee and direct the nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care, meeting the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.


• Develop and Implement: Create and implement care plans, policies, and procedures that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.


• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments, including admissions, marketing, and activities, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care and satisfaction.


• Monitor and Improve: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance resident care and experience.


• Provide Education and Training: Offer ongoing education and training to staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care.


• Foster Open Communication: Encourage open communication and feedback from staff, residents, and families, actively addressing concerns and implementing solutions.

Director of Nursing (RN) Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field; graduate degree preferred.


• Experienced Registered Nurse (RN), with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.


• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license; CPR certification and other certifications as required by company and regulatory agencies.
