Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated RN for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead daily clinical operations and ensure the highest standard of patient care.

As part of the leadership team, you will mentor staff, monitor care quality, coordinate audits, and collaborate with physicians and other departments to support comprehensive, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing nursing services.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure professional growth and high morale.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct rounds to assess patient conditions and ensure proper nursing interventions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.
• Assist in preparing for and participating in audits, inspections, and surveys.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff competencies.
• Facilitate continuing education and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, patients, and families to ensure clear communication and optimal care.
• Collaborate with other departments to support interdisciplinary care planning.

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-TimeAssistant Director of Nursing (RN)to join our leadership team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily clinical operations of our facility, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing and other key staff to foster a positive work environment, support nursing staff, and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
