Overview

Preferred Professional Services (PPS), an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is part of a growing network of over 35 short-term rehabilitation and long-term care centers serving families throughout the Northeast. We currently have per diem shifts available in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, set goals aligned with our mission, foster excellence and innovation in nursing care, and shape the facility's culture to advance healthcare practices. You will be responsible for high-quality, cost-effective healthcare delivery, positive clinical outcomes, and satisfaction among residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing and healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve nursing practices
• Oversee nursing operations including staffing, training, and quality assurance
• Ensure delivery of exceptional resident care and compliance with regulatory standards
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care

Qualifications
