Job summary

Hall of Fame Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Nursing RN to provide strategic leadership for the nursing department and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care. You will guide policy development, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to support our rehabilitation-focused mission.

The role requires current RN licensure, two years of nursing leadership experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to mentor staff and drive
