Job summary

You will coordinate with unit managers, monitor documentation, and provide expert guidance to improve patient care operations across the hospital.

Qualifications

• This position requires at least one year of specialized professional nursing experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
• Proven ability to monitor and audit documentation and report findings to management for performance improvement.
• Experience liaising between nursing and policy departments and leading policy committees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and audit nursing services to support quality and performance improvements.
• Advise the Chief Nursing Executive on quality initiatives and operational issues affecting nursing care.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to develop and revise patient care programs and procedures.
• Lead Nursing Review Policy Committee and act as TJC expert in related activities.
• Prepare daily nursing reports detailing events and unit activities.
