Qualifications

• Minimum of an ASN degree from accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Two years supervisory experience in a post-acute care or related setting.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise nursing staff per shift.
• Effectively manage the department budget.
• Direct care provided by nursing staff and oversee quality and safety.
• Maintain compliance with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
