Cambrian Homecare is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership for our skilled nursing respite program in California. You will supervise field nurses, ensure documentation quality, and drive regulatory compliance to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a health‑related field with supervisory experience.
• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a relevant setting.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel within Los Angeles County.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to field RNs and LVNs.
• Review and maintain individualized care plans, orders, and nursing notes.
• Ensure compliance with California Title 22 and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges and care planning with physicians and families.
• Develop staff, monitor performance, and promote quality, person‑centered care.
