Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of director of nursing/supervisor experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Administrator to recruit and select nursing staff.
• Review scheduling to ensure daily staffing requirements.
• Oversee staff training and in-service programs.
• Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff.
• Review discharge plans and participate in surveys.
