Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory home care and administrative experience.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse (RN).
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, policies, and procedures preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable personal transportation to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams with accountability and patient care focus.
• Oversee clinical operations across branches or markets for high-quality service.
• Implement and support clinical programs to improve outcomes and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulations, and Elara Caring standards.
• Review clinical documentation and metrics for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvements and growth initiatives.
• Monitor staffing, productivity, and capacity to support business growth.
• Coach and evaluate team members with development plans.
