This on-site role oversees a team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality home care delivery and regulatory compliance. The position reports to the Clinical Administrator or Director of Nursing and offers a strong benefit package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of clinical field staff, including RNs and LPNs/LVNs, ensuring exceptional patient care and team performance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop clinical staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed for success.
• Foster a culture that reflects Elara Caring's mission, values, and commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, HIPAA, and organizational policies while maintaining patient and employee confidentiality.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
