Qualifications

- Strong leadership, change management, project management, and evidence-based practice skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct all nursing education programs including residency, onboarding, continuing education, and simulation-based learning.
- Develop and implement transition-to-practice programs for new graduates and experienced nurses.
- Lead development and evaluation of competencies.
- Collaborate to integrate evidence-based practice into education and care transformation.
- Develop and standardize nursing policies, procedures, and guidelines across the health system.
