Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Georgia.
- BLS certification and clinical specialty certification (ANCC/NAHQ/AACN).
- Experience in quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate care strategies aligning with quality goals.
- Translate evidence into practice across diverse care settings.
- Lead nursing practice excellence through performance improvement initiatives.
- Mentor clinical staff and support professional development.
- Travel: <10% between clinical sites.
